Refund Policy at SMS-Smart

Within thirty (30) calendar days of completing your payment for the Service, you may ask for a refund of your SMS-Smart funds which were not spent during this period. In this case, you should specify the valid reason for a refund in your request. 

We provide test credits after registration to enable our users to assess the quality of the Service. Switching to the paid and refilling your SMS-Smart account balance means that you are satisfied with the quality of the Service.

After the thirty-day period from the payment date, as well as in case of blocking your account due to the violation of the Anti-Spam Policy or Terms and Conditions, the refund for paid but not used services is possible at SMS-Smart own discretion.

Use the Contact form to submit your request. Only requests submitted through this form will be reviewed.

We typically review refund requests within ten (10) business days.

Your request should contain:

  • The number of the order you want a refund for.
  • Detailed description of the problem and reason for a refund.

Refund request process

Each request is reviewed individually in the order of turn, and usually, it takes up to ten (10) business days. The financial manager will keep you updated on the status of your refund request.

Once your refund request has been approved, you will be informed by the automatic email about this. Please note that it may take several weeks to process the refund depending on the payment method you used, your bank, and other reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund:

  • If no reasons for a refund are specified in the Contact form.

Terms of refund for canceling your SMS-Smart account

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund if your account is suspended or blocked due to spam complaints or abuse of phishing or illegal SMS content.

Accounts with a high level of spam are blocked or suspended without the right to continue sending the SMS campaigns. We reserve the right to block or terminate your account without a refund. 

Please, note! Due to tax regulation, individuals are only allowed to create accounts with real data inside and payments must be related only to the account registered. At SMS-Smart’s sole discretion, we might ask for extra information before crediting the first payment.

Double accounts are not be allowed if not previously discussed with SMS-Smart’s support.

For each request for a refund without any reason, we reserve the right to keep 9.99 euros for each payment.
